For electronics and appliances, I always get as much protection as is offered. It pays off!

Unfortunately, I am unable to attest to the current contractual services re: 2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection. I have not used it yet. However, in the past I have never had a problem repairing or replacing products using the Geek Squad protection plans.

I’m always add Geek Squad Service as you will always be taken care of by friendly agents. You get what you pay for.

I wrote another review for the first extended warranty I had purchased from the geek squad. My dad’s TV had gone out and had been discontinued. The geek squad came to the house and within days had a new TV installed and running for my dad. I had purchased the first warranty, thank God I was those TVs are expensive. So when this TV went out and was replaced I also purchased another extended warranty for a Christmas present just in case the TV went out again. They did a great job and thank God I purchased the warranty.

I feel the folks at Geek Squad are patient, kind, and professional whether I contact them day or night. Most of the time we get the issue resolved online. There has been only 2 times where they said I needed to bring it in to the store. I believe it has been worth the fee because I live in a rural area and it is a 30 mile drive from my town to my Best Buy store.

Great service, protection is always a good idea. And most TV’s and appliances should work for minimum five years and this helps ensure it does so.

I just bought this protection to make sure that I won’t have any headaches with my purchase during 5 years.

This is an amazing TV. The included Alexa feature makes the entertainment experience even better. I can just tell Alexa to turn on the TV without having to go get the remote. The quality of the image is amazing and the sound too.

I purchased the monitor and it was broken as to wear you couldn’t see it until the monitor was turned on. I didn’t really need my warranty because it was a new purchase however I did my return and replacement through Geek squad and they were polite and helpful

Always always get the extended warranty you never know what can happen and bestbuys always come through.

Have only hardtop call but was assisted with professional.

Look no further, for the price you won't get a better picture than this. Almost OLED quaility, but way brighter, so perfect for a Living room with lot of natural light. Save $1000 and get this unit a try.

The LG tv is excellent love the beautiful picture . And the Geek Squad they are amazing always answering my questions and always willing to help.

I have not used the Geek Squad yet, however, it gives me a peace of mind to know I have hands on assistance troubleshooting and/or options for repair if needed. My sister has had a good experience with the Geek Squad which helped me make the decision to purchase the protection plan.

I bought this service plan to protect my new OLED TV. I don't expect to use it but if the TV shoulde break withhin 5 years Best buy will repair or replace it. It is my understanding that because the TV was mounted by Geek Squad, that service under this plan will include mounting.

Happy that I purchased he Geek Squad, now a days you can never tell when your appliances will go hey wire and it's always a good to have peace of mind knowing that paying for the extended service will help you if you ever need it. I make it a habit to get the Geek Protection for all my purchases at Best Buy, so far it has been one of the best decisions I have made along with the great purchases I have also made. There is no where else to go for service like Best Buy or selection for what you are looking for.

I haven't needed to use Geek squad yet for this TV. Great picture for the price. I was really surprised at the minimal operations manual, you have to download it for details- the docs they provide should highlight or give a link for it. Overall very happy with the TV
