I love my TV and I Iove everything about it and I love that I have geek squad it's a life saver best investment.

I hope I never need it, but I did buy one. It was not very expensive when I purchased the TV.

Honest service. They won't jerk you around trying to get paid for doing unnecessary repairs. The techs are knowledgeable. Although the products are good, they often fail after the manufacturer's warranty, which is a common practice (planned obsolescence). Geek Squad is there to honor and help.

Thankfully hadn't had to use it as of yet but I have a toddler so it's only a matter of time and they're super helpful with questions

Geek squad delivered and set up my Hisense 75” mini led tv. They arrived on time, was very professional and informative and please t to work with. Would use them again for my next tv.
