Good protection plan for TV. They will fix any problems with your Tv or replace it!

Geek squad protection plan is a great investment for expensive TVs well worth the money

This set show a great picture. The audio quality straight out the set is good. Most HDTV you need a soundbar but not with this set. The only drawback is the system it runs on. Just another account I must keep up with.

I had a 5 year Geek Squad warranty on my Samsung tv which was a good thing since it quit after 4 years. Best Buy sent a Geek out to my house to check it out and he determined that It was best to replace it. So they gave me a number to call and it was fairly easy for them to exchange it. Just be aware that what they replace it with might not be as good as your tv. They gave me a model that was horrible so I had to go to the store and check them out to see which one I liked. The sales guy helped us and we chose a different brand and went home and called the number and they replaced it over the phone and now will deliver it and exchange the other one. So definitely get the warranty. It's so worth it.

So worth it. This was on my parents old TV I bought them. TV was about 4 year old and started getting dark spots. Geek squad had me send pictures and approved replacement. They came out and delivered the new TV and removed the old. Would always suggest either the individual plan or the plan that covers all purchases, both are a good value

The 32 Pioneer TV works great and has plenty of colors to see blended as one watches TV or a DVD player hooked simply into side of TV with cable.

Love the warranty due to fast answers and fast response

I originally purchased an open box item with the Geek Squad protection only to find the excellent condition was not even close with the screen of my television suffering severe damage. After trying to deal with the Geek Squad over the phone and being very frustrated with what I am assuming is an India based phone center, I gave up and took my issue directly to my local Best Buy store where it took some time, but I was eventually told I could receive a replacement television since the damage could not be repaired. Within 24 hours, the Geek Squad came to my home, removed the old TV, installed the new one and was in an out in under 30 minutes. If it weren't for having to deal with an unhelpful call center the rating would be higher, but since I have a local Best Buy to work with, the protection was definitely worth it.

I always take it an extended warranty because I have found out that it pays off in the end and besides, I want to make sure I'm protected. Best Buy's warranty is a very good warranty, that's why I have no problem in paying for it, even if I don't use it, I do have a piece of mind during those 5 years since the manufacturer warranties are usually only 1 year. Just being able to take it to Best Buy, rather then sending it off, makes it even better.
