Good "backup" to have, we just just hope it is. not needed!

The Geek Squad protection is one of the best if you have an issue with your product you just taken in no questions asked exchange for a new product.

The television protection plan for the Geek Squad is nice for the price that we purchased it for. If anything happens to the television we are able to get quick results because we purchased the plan for any issues that may occur. With an item that size I think it a great idea to purchase a protection plan.

They try their best to make you happy. They are very aware and very attentive.

im really glad i buy the extended warranty as you never know what will happen in the future and if your like me you dont have alot of money to throw around at times. so its good to pay a little more now then alot later when you may have to pay a whole lot or be out whatever it is at the time. personally think its worth it as the one year warranties are usually very limited and if u dont find ur item under their exact perimeters then you cannot make a claim.

I am so grateful that I got this 5-year Best Buy geek squad because my TV started faltering after about 4 and 1/2 years and I called Best Buy and they replaced it immediately with a better TV

Geek Squad protection is FOUL...!!!! I was told that the protection plan would start after the manufacturers warranty ended. Samsung gives a Minimum of 1 year manufacturer warranty. So I purchase the 2 year Geek Squad protection for approximately $250.00. in July 31, 2020. Samsungs warranty ended July 31, 2021....therefor, by what I was told by the Best Buy sale person, my Geek Squad protection should start July 31, 2021 and end July 31, 2023. When I called best buy to claim my protection...because the TV has a defect with pixels going dead....lots of pixels, so the best buy rep told me the plan expired ...GET THIS....BECAUSE THE GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION STARTED THE SAME TIME SAMSUNGS WARRANTY STARTS. WHAT SINCE DOES THAT MAKE TO HAVE A PLAN GOING WHILE IT'S STILL UNDER WARRANTY. AS I WAS TOLD WHEN PURCHASING THE TV THAT IT WOULD START AFTER THE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY ENDS. BEST BUY THAT'S NOT RIGHT..... AND THEY KNOW IT'S NOT RIGHT...and gave me the option to PAY $130 more dollars to have a diagnostic test of the TV.

The team we got were amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, patient. They never rushed us and spent time showing us the options and shortcuts. This team has been together and worked for Best Buy for a long time. Definitely recommend this service and will use again when we need to purchase any tvs

this tv is good i wish i got a Samsung instead but [this tv has great picture quality google sometimes freezes up

I have not had to use this yet, so can't really say how it works. Glad to not have any issues requiring the extra protection. 5 stars for ease of purchase.

Picked the geek squad protection with my new 70 inch TV. Can’t go wrong with this warranty. Hopefully I don’t ever need to use it but the cost is definitely worth the cost. I bought the new Tv due to an accident with my old tv that would have been covered if I had this service in the 1st place…
