Worth every penny. Best buy has the best warranty hands down.

I bought a Samsung TV in 2013. I extended my Geek Squad Protection plan before the 2 year mark expired. Thank goodness I did because the next year (2016) after extending the protection, a weird vertical line appeared on the TV screen. Called Geek Squad... so stressed out about it thinking the worst like they won't honor the protection, it's gonna take long to process a new TV, etc. They got somebody right away to look at the TV, told me it has to be replaced, got a call from corporate for pricing... my TV was $2,500.. 3 year depreciation later, they were willing to give me one for $1,500 either get a TV for that amount or pick a more expensive TV and they'll minus $1,500 from the expensive TV. I think it was fair. I didn't think I was jacked or anything. 3 years later, the TVs were more advanced and hi-tech. They gave me the pricing of what my tv with same specs would have cost in current times. I opted to get a more current version of Samsung TV (more expensive) and just pay the difference. Also got a 5 year protection plan this time around.

Had my lgc1 get burn in and got refunded the full amount very quickly. Upgraded to the lgc4 very happy with this choice

The tv was a very reasonable price, the quality is great, easy to use

I have had Geek Squad’s support a few times. They are always helpful: phone or in-person! So for me having the yearly plan is a no-brainer. However, I still think Best Buy should not have removed the inclusion of complimentary home set up that they had up until this year!

One of the best AMC provided by BestBuy. It is always recommented to get this protection for the peace of mind for costly devices. Pros: 1) Excellent service. The excecutives how handle our calls will make sure we are comfertable and serviced well. 2) Ease of contact - 24X7 some one is available to help us. 3) Knowledgable service persons - The person who comes home for the service / at the station are well knowledgable about the object they are working on. 4) Excellent exchnage policy. If the object is non repairable, the company will refund the fill amount (including the tax) for an excange (if the same item is not available any more). The cons i felt on this program 1) Little more expensive than the other company AMCs. 2) Some time in-home appointments takes some time (but sure it will happen with in a weeks time )

TV I purchased had a bad board. They replaced the board at no cost, but still had issues. They were able to replace the TV with a brand new one (newer model) at no additional cost, and they even threw in another warranty for free!

So we got this after debating several monitor choices for our new PC, and I'm so glad I decided to grab this. It's great for gaming, okay for office work, incredible for watching shows and movies. It's only 42 inches, which is small for me for movies, but the quality is out of this world. I usually go for soundbars/speakers right away but I found the built in speakers to be manageable for now. Love it!

Delivered as agreed. Great communication from day one

So let me share my agony. Purchased my 23 yr old Daughter a 65” TV for Christmas. It was really for my 1yr Granddaughter…SHHHH! Well I mounted it on the wall, of course, and within a month or two they moved into another apartment without the roommates. Before place was remodeled for them they spent 3 weeks at her In-Laws. Well I moved them both times and when TV was turned on again after two moves, though seemingly perfect, the screen had apparently been pressed to hard at a single point and did not work. Not worth fixing. Bought her a 70” this time WITH THE WARRANTY!! Don’t make the same mistake I did :]

They helped with everything I needed! I was pregnant at the time and didn’t have to lift a single thing.

Thankfully, I have not had to utilize the incredibly beneficial Geek Squad services quite yet, but it's refreshing to know they are available if needed

I haven't had to use the GEEK SQUARD yet. I know if and when they will treat like I should be treated

They are awesome I haven’t needed them for this tv but have used them many times in the oast

I was able to exchange the TV due to some minor defects and it was done very quickly.
