I bought a floor model OLED LG 55 inch TV because the price was too good to pass up. I bought this warranty because it was an floor model, I usually don't purchase an extended warranty. Im so glad I did. There was burn in on the wcreen when I got home and the geek squad came over and replaced my screen within a week. Amazing customer service and amazing warranty! Highly recommend extended warranty through Best Buy! The entire process is easy, and the techs are prompt and professional. They really took care of all my needs right through setup and walk through.

My review of this service is positive. They helped repair (resolve) an issue with the screen even after my moving it and having that piece of mind when purchasing a $5K TV is important. I know all of the reviews tell you that the geek squad protection is a scam and just a way for the store to line their pockets, but when you spend this much on a TV it is worth it and much easier than going though manufacturers warrenty. If I had listened to the critics then I would be without a working Tv right now

Fortunately i haven't had to use it on my latest purchase but i have needed it on other purchases and was completely satisfied with the way it was handled and the results It's a Must have for electronic purchases for me

My mom love this offer because in case the television stop working she can get a replacement for the television the wall mount

Anytime I purchase anything over $500 I always purchase the extra protection plan. This way I know if something happens to my tv in that 5 year duration. Everything is covered as far as replacement parts, labor etc....
