Worst decision ever!

Geek squad is absolute garbage.

The support is a bunch of clueless high school students and the work of the repair factory is mediocre at best. Would rather learn to repair the items myself.

Don’t get the warrantee

Don't ever buy warranty from "Best" Buy!

They stood me up, their call center disconnected multiple calls, then said they did not have any opening for repair. They said they would call me back in 24-48 hours, which they have not. It has been 5 days! The warranty was a BIG WASTE OF MONEY!

NOT HAPPHY!!!

Was not told the truth because 2yrs and 1 month later when my ethernet connection went bad, I was told out of warranty.

Geek Squad Needs to do Better…

This is from a very disappointed and frustrated Elite Plus customer. My buying decisions will definitely be influenced by this going forward. The only reason I awarded one star is because my wait time to get a rep on the phone wasn’t horrible. It was all downhill from there.
