When 1080p was new I made the leap and spent $3k on a plasma and a 5 year protection plan, that tv went in for repair twice and on the third was replaced apples for apples, I still have the replacement today (now a bedroom tv), in 2017 made the leap to 4K and also got a 5 year Geek Squad plan and here we are 3 years later with a burnt out LED light, and today was replaced with a different brand and model, bought another 5 year plan. If I didn’t have any of this the 1 year manufacturer warranty would have left me outta luck with everything and I woulda been screwed, was it worth it? YES!

I purchased the 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection for my last T.V., which could not be fixed. The warranty process went very smooth and quick. After the geek squad determined my T.V. could not be fixed, I was given store credit of the original price to purchase a different T.V.

From the start, I was treated fantastically. They brought out my TV in 5 minutes, helped me load it. The TV is fantastic. The setup was easy, and the picture is perfect. I would recommend this to everyone.

Ended up needing to use the service with dead pixels on the TV purchased. They replaced TV with a newer model and credited me back the difference of the price between the old/new one. Great experience.
