I never disappointed at Best Buy or Geek Squad’s quality of service. I haven’t had to take any help from Geek Squad for my recent purchases. But I have in the past and I never regretted my decision.

28th Street Grand Rapids store is awesome - they know how to care for customers and really help! I was treated poorly at the Alpine store, really poorly

I allways get geek squad.very good .you thay can't fix you product you get a refund. Are the same product. No hassle.

I always get service plans with purchases just in case something goes wrong. I would recommend any customers purchase protection plans with any type of purchase made. Nothing in this life is guaranteed. All manufactured items built and designed could possibly have a defect or become inoperable.

Due to having 2 TV's blow up within months of each other, we felt the extra warranty was warranted! We have surge protectors on our whole house and also extra ones for each TV. The blow ups were just the way both older TV's decided to die. We believed the extra warranty would be helpful because of the lightness of the TV and it's fragile position.

I always get the geek squad protection plan. It was a breeze submitting a claim 2 WEEKS before it expired. Geek squad attempted to repair my tv and when they couldn’t I was given store credit to purchase a new ones no questions asked.

We have purchased this coverage on another TV and it really paid off for us! The TV had a defect after 3 years of use and this protection coverage replaced it. Of course the model was discontinued so they gave us another TV... for the same amount we had paid 3 years earlier! We were upgraded to a state of the art TV with all the bells and whistles! It is worth investing in this coverage!! We will always purchase it for our high end purchases!

My Geek Squad service is very awesome and the delivery is very seamless ! Have never regretted buying from Best Buy

I had the protection on my old TV and I'm glad I did! MY TV broke 4 months after my original warranty ran out. I called them and they came out to fix it, they had to order a new board. They came back 2 more times, and they couldn't fix it, so they gave me another brand new TV. tv

I highly recommend buying the protection plan when purchasing a new TV. After four years my television display went. The manufacturer had no interest in helping. I forgot I had ourched the protection plan until I signed in to my Bestbuy account. The tech who came to my home could not repair it, so I was given a credit towards a new one which is an upgrade from what I had.

Seems to be a great service but forewarning, you must pay separate for each item you want covered.

I bought a 5 year warranty for my brand new tv. And I know if needed, Geek squad to the rescue, I've delt with them before and they are amazing. If you buy a major appliance, you should always get a warranty.

Worth it for the piece of mind . Decided to go with this after 2 of our TVs purchased in the last 5yrs crapped out. Sadly they don’t make televisions like they used to , I had a Samsung that lasted me for 11 years no problems... my last Samsung only lasted for four years. Vizio lasted for 4yrs and Insignia 3yrs ...figured 5yr plan chances are good I’ll probably need it.

Nice picture and sound for the price can't be beat. Navigation can be a bit of a pain. Overall good buy!!!

The greatest thing about the Geek Squad is that wherever I have used them they have always worked things out. And always there if needed.

I bought my nephew a new TV for his birthday end it was a little larger and I recall the troubles they had putting that one up so I decided to add the geek squad with TV set up and delivery it was well worth It for my nephew as with his schedule it was nice to come home to a new TV hanging on the wall above the fireplace and the TV is protected for five years

I have not had to use the geek squad so I really can’t give an accurate review. But it is nice to know they are there if I have any problems with my Toshiba tv.

Great sound bar and is still work ! Bestbuy workers did fantastic helping me find the right one for my 75” Samsung tv!

Geek Squad does upstairs delivery, setup and haul; away and rescues my bad back. I used Best Buy's crack service division, The Geek Squad to install my new 77 inch HDTV in our small home theater room upstairs. They exceeded all my expectations from speed, cost technical smarts, courtesy and COVID-19 safety. Price was more than reasonable for the total value we received!
