When I purchased a TV through Best buy I was given a geek squad protection discount of $100 so I took advantage of it and have been using it the whole time. I've had surveillance cameras put up, home speakers installed and ethernet cable ran with this service this is an awesome deal.

I am a true believer in the warranty program for big ticket items. I had purchased a TV previously and after a few years there were major issues. Geek squad came & removed older TV and gave me full credit to purchase a replacement. They then came & installed the new TV. They were great to work with.

I bought a 55"and a 65" SONY TVS.And then I also had them delivered and mounted.and then I got the warranty for both for 2yrs.I am 100%happy

Great to have even if I never use it. Just knowing my Tv is covered makes owning the 5 year coverage is worth it.

Love geek squaf.always ready to help when needed. So far they fixed three of my devices.

Have not needed it yet but I feel secure that I have it Had Samsung 70” after 19 months it crapped out n I didn’t have Geek warranty it was never sold to me at the time

I've used this type of protection on products I've purchased in the past, and it was helpful to have it in place when needed. Fortunately, I have not used this very often, and I hope I do not need to for this most recent purchase. I'm giving it 5 stars based on ease of use for past products I've owned that needed replacement, repair, or a quick tweak at the store.

Thankfully I haven't had to use this service as of yet, but there's nothing like that piece of mind should anything malfunction. I purchased this protection plan for a Smart TV purchase, and would recommend anyone making a high end purchase to get this protection plan. It only cost a few bucks extra and could really help should anything happen to your tech equipment.

I recommend geek squad to every person that asks if they should add it on. Technology can have issues, it happens, geek squad provides peace of mind and is always fast, informative, and easy to deal with.

I always believe in purchasing extended warranty on expensive items and this TCL 65" Q TV was no exception. In the past whenever I had problems with my other TV's, etc. the Geek Squad was right there to make things right saving me a lot more $ than the Best Buy protection cost. It really is a good investment.

Its a basic protector but money well spent. Make sure you update your surge protection! We had an old protector that shorted out TWO tvs. We didnt know the first tv went out because of the old unit but we learned the hard way.

Great tv for the price. Easy to hook up to wifi with quick response and awesome resolution while watching. Definitely recommend purchasing. Will not be disappointed!

Great picture, doesn’t over heat my sons room, we needed with a smart tv that was big enough to replace his 75inch (Gamer) and this is perfect

I have had this support for many years now and it sure has cut down all the frustrations of any problems with a computer and Ipad and more. My computers have lasted much longer with the Geek Squad help too.

My Samsung 65 Q80T screen failed in less than 6 months. I called Geek Squad and when the replacement part was unavailable then gave me full credit towards purchase and installation of a replacement TV. The replacement make my purchase of Geek Squad protection well worth the purchase cost.

I added the 5- year service warranty to my Samsung purchase just to be sure! But I’m thinking I might not have needed it with this product as everyone I speak with that owns products from Samsung are happy even years later! But I trust Best Buy and their guaranteed service! Great investment!

An agent brought our new TV to our hone and set it up. He was fast, thorough. Before we bought this TV, we needed a Tech to come to our home to check out the TV. A problem was identified and repairs made, all on our schedule. They came when we needed them. So grateful for this service.

Comes in handy when ya need it would get again in the future.

They have the best of quality customer service would definitely recommend for all your electronics and appliances!

Haven't need it yet but the best buy employee helped me understand the value of this, especially for OLED TV long term. Worth the price imo
