Never had issues with the Geek Squad. So far they have done the right thing for the electronics purchased at BestBuy

I haven't had to use it for my TV I just purchased, but I've used their Geek Squad warranty before and I can say it's excellent.

The Geek Squad is worth every penny! It is always there to help out with the ever-changing cyber world. Always pleasant, patient and efficient. They take the worry out of dealing with technology! Glad they have my back!

Electronics tend to fail at times. That's why the Geek Squad Protection is necessary when buying a new device. Great service at a great price.

It is a must unless you are a computer guru yourself. I have used them multiple times fir some minor glitches with new computer. They are available if you call at less busy times of the day and know what they are doing to get your computer running as it should again.

I always try to get a protection plan when i buy more expensive items.

Best thing about the plan is that it covers burn-in on OLED screens! Totally worth it if you’re using your screen as a monitor.

Amazing warranty, i hope i never have to use it but I sat down and spoke to a rep at the store and they answered every question i could come up with. I wish i remembered the guy name but it gave me extra confidence that i made the right decision.

Quick service. Great Product and price. I love LG ...the TV was easy to set up and the sound and picture are great.

Purchased a new TV. After 1 year, it had problems. Took it in to the nearest BestBuy and the had it fixed and ready for pick-up within the time they quoted on repair. Very happy with the service! They made sure everything was taken care of and the TV was working as if it were brand new.

The Geek Squad delivered and installed the TV without any issues. They were very efficient in installing the mounting bracket (through stacking stone). They cleaned up afterward very well. They spent time instructing us on the use of the new TV. They hooked it up to our VHS/DVD player as well without additional charge. Nice job!!

Always get the geek squad protection. Had to use it once nad it paid off in a bug way.

It's a great feeling knowing that I'm covered no matter what happens.
