I am technologically illiterate and I have to go to the Geek Squad many times to ask what they probably feel are stupid questions. They are always polite and help me with my problems. I go to the Gravios Bluffs store in St. Louis and they usually fix my problem right in front of me while I wait.

I like the added protection the family enjoys it. It gives you peace of mind, especially with young children.

The Geek Squad are attentive and they know what they are doing. I always go to them when I have any trouble with my electronics.

Took out the 2 year protection because of past mistakes I did not purchase it and it resulted in the need to buy another 75" tv.

Hands down, best purchase! This is our second tv in this style. We knew we wanted another bc the 1st one was so easy to function.

We live in the boonies in the summer, travel around in our motor home and live in the south in the winter. I love that I can call in any time and as much as I want and they can remotely go in to clean it up or fix most any thing. Unless it is a hardware problem. Well worth the money. Plus, it covers 3 computers.

Great tv excellent image quality resolution, I use it to watch movies and play games on my PS5, I recommend it to anyone

I wasn’t sure if I was going to purchase the protection or not. I started to think about the replacement cost if something were to break. I purchased it and I’m happy that I did.

I spent a lot of time reviewing TVs for my living room and was hesitant about the 4K "hoopla"... well that "hoopla" was gone when I was finally able to watch 4K content on the TV at home. Wow. Great picture and pretty good sound from stock speakers. It's got all the features you want and need at this time. Great value for the money.

After almost 2 years, my 49' TCL TV, tilted up. Took the TV to the store and after a week they gave me the credit of the total cost of the TV because it was definately gone. I just used the credit for a new 50' TCL TV and took the 5 year guarantee. They are the best.

Love being the open box items which saves me money. Therefore I use some of that savings to purchase the extended warrantees. Never had to use one yet, But as long as I do not have to spend my own money, I believe it is well worth it.

I feel confident knowing that I will always have a nice tv to watch. I've had replacement with them before. Simple and quick replacement. I even needed a remote and they dropped it off at my home.

I can’t really review this because I just got it but it’s always good to know I at least have some type of protection for the tv.

When making a major purchase I thought it was a good idea to have the geek squad warranty as well since the geek squad service has been so reliable I think I was a good idea to have the warranty also I'm very happy with Best buy and The geek squad team

Peace of mind. Hope I never have to use it. Shouldn't really have to purchase it, but to many things seem to be made to break down in this throw away society we live in. Really hard to rate until it is needed which of course I hope never happens.

Geek Squad is a must for big purchases at Best Buy. They are very knowledgeable and I love that I can go to the store and resolve everything at once. Whether they need to fix something or get a replacement. It’s a must have product.

I always get the "extra" protection because you never know what's going to happen. I figured I couldn't go wrong with getting it (and it was such a low price). It came in handy with a previous TV purchase. I only had to pay a "small" difference in the price of the TVs (since I purchased a different one the 2nd time).
