I called the geeks on my new Hisense TV (since then, returned) to figure out a volume control problem. The first tech just said I should bring it in--no attempt to troubleshoot. The second tech spent a long time with me trying various things, and theorizing about what the cause could be; I appreciated that, even though we were ultimately unable to solve the problem and I had to return the TV.

Geek Squad service has always been great and helpful.

Great warranty feature when something is not your fault. The only thing that does not cover is if its your fault such as dropping something or breaking it on purpose, but sure is helpful with laptops to avoid internal system breaks.

I purchased the insurance when i Purchased my daughter tv. Her tv inexplicably got a very thin green line on the screen. I called geek squad and set an appointment to take in the tv. They gave us a new. Painless and quick exchange.

I like the tv. The only issue was the picture quality during football games. Did not realize it until football season started

Cheap peace of mind when buying electronics. Things happen and nothing is getting any cheaper to replace, so it makes sence to me to get the warranty on some items.

You gotta have protection for your products. I understand we have the warranty from Lg tv but, you can never be too safe now a days. That’s the reason I bought the extended protection plan through Best Buy and it’s well worth it

Not only do we all want warranty on our stuff but who better to take care of my electronics then Geek squad. I’ve never had an issue that they couldn’t solved and if it got to the point where it could not be solved it was replaced no questions asked

I always purchase this protection as the comfort of knowing that my item will be replaced if it breaks is reassuring. I have had to use the warrantee many times and Best Buy has replaced my item for free whenever they could not fix it

This plan is a decent value for full geek squad coverage. Always had good service with best buy geek squad for all my devices. Would recommend buying the 2 year plan for everything

Good insurance for a tv. Come out and repair or replace. Didn’t like that it was double the cost of TV protection that was on $200 less than
