It's a good insurance in case your item stopped working. I haven't used it so far, but, based on my experience with Best Buy they will fix or replace your item.

Bought standard geek squad protection for my LG tv. Haven't used it so far but it gives a peace of mind if at all anything had to happen for the tv and there is no support. I guess its a good value for money and for the product it supports

I have used this service on other previously purchased products & it's always amazing. Very helpful & friendly.

Any repair is costly and returns for failed equipment can be painful. I purchased the longest amount of time (5 yr) because it is just good insurance. I only wish it covered accidental failure, like you can get on other types of equipment.

New TVs regardless of price or quality don’t last like they use to. Protect your investments.

I didn't need to use my geek tv insurance I did purchase it on a 2yr warranty..I haven't had it too long yet!!!

I think maybe for many TVS this might not be as useful, however, for OLED I would strongly recommend this service. OLED are amazing, but over time you might have burn in. I have not as of yet, but I feel five years of heavy use will make this service worthwhile to have.

Love the extended warranty on big electronics. Have used it before and is awesome.
