Had set 2 yrs and had issues with power. called & was sent about 5 different parts! guys came out, installed in about an hour and ZERO issues since! that service call & parts would have been more than I paid for the warranty

Haven't needed to use for my TV, but have had it for other items where I did and process was surprisingly easy. I always buy Best Buy's extended warranty on larger items for piece of mind.

I have yet to use it but I have always been a person to say better safe than sorry. I love to keep things as long as possible and so the convenience of being able to go to the store and get any repairs done under warranty gives me peace of mind

Appointment was excellent. On time, installation and review of use was professional. AND, unpackaged and removal was CLEAN. Protection plan is essential when purchasing a high end item.

The Protection Plan was explained to me by Best Buy Floor Technician. I find the plan to be most valuable for the price. Better Safe than Sorry! The Protection for valued purchase.

The IT Geek Squad tech repaired my laptop in a very timely manner, was very helpful, professional and pleased with the end result. The price paid was very economical for the work performed.

Their warranty coverage for tv's is the best on the market. It does cost alot more than average. But you get alot more coverage than you would with other companies. If you are worried about burn in on OLED panels or anything like that you should get the extended warranty.

Love geek squad. Always buy their protection services.

I don't buy any electronics without this warranty and going with the 5 year usually takes care of any problems that usually pop up after the manufacturer warranty expires. One repair or replacement usually pays for the cost of this service.

I really recommend the Geek Squad Protection. This 2 year protection allows me to not have any worries & when it's nearing expiration, I like how i get notification emails for renewing the protection again. I recommend this protection on all items.
