We always get the purchase protection if available. It’s a no brainer

The agents called me on the day of delivery to see if it was possible to come earlier in the day. they arrived when they said they would and mounted and connected everything.

so we shall see if I actually need it and how they respond to what is needed. But making a huge purchase like this, it's better safe than sorry.

Geek squard found the problem with my lap top, and best buy replaced it with no problems.

Haven't had need to use this yet, and hopefully won't have to. But with other Geek Squad Protection Plans I have always been more than satisfied with the results.
