Feels great having the insurance for 5 years with Best Buy.

Very happy that we originally had a service plan because we needed a replacement TV when something and the service plan covered the whole cost.

Got this for my TV and yes it is worth it. I can relax for the next 5y.

I have used the geek squad for years On the tv instalation I had to have your guy come out a second time and fixed the problem your sup contractor did

On larger purchases, almost always purchase the extended warranty. Geek Squad and Best Buy are great to work with, as long as it's all under warranty.

Since it has been 2 years since I purchased the extended service contract I have as yet not had a need to use it. I do hope it covers any problem I might have with the television.

Great TV. That kind of stinks. Apps load fast. Good picture in bright or dim rooms. My only real minus would be that it's Ethernet is only 10/100.

I took out the 5 year service plan, the cost was very reasonable.

I have found in this time of the pandemic it is good to have teh Geek squad to reach out to for repairs rather than trying to work directly with the manufacturer warranty
