Literally the worst customer service ever. Delivery and install of TV was set for 9/17 between 10-1. Called at 10:45 to say they weren't coming, but could come 9/22 between 10-1, so took the morning off to be here for install. Then got a text at 1:19AM to day that now my appointment was changed and they'd be here 12-8PM today. Tried calling and person on phone barely spoke English.

I had used geek squad before and I knew this was a good ins. I can only say they have lived up to their quality service.

Always buy this on larger purchases If I do need to use it I know I am in good hands with the Geeks.

I love geek squad, but they couldn’t fix my tv this time. I was so disappointed and I can’t exchange it or take it back. So I paid for the warranty and it didn’t help me this time
