It's good to get geek squad coverage on any Best buy purchase they always honor it.

I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

I like the protection plans offered. different options to choose from with no issues so far on protection plans previously bought at the store.

I got this for my Samsung tv because my wife said we don’t if something might happen to it.

Any issues are taken care of whether it is maintenance or help needed to set up your product.

good enough to put in your moms living room. would buy for dad too
