Trying to get Geek Squad here at my home was near impossible. Three months before I got service. I wrote the CEO, and many people trying to get my Sony TV repaired under warranty. Nobody Seemed to care. I started with the store and was told that I, a 65 year old man, had to bring a 65” TV two hours to the nearest store. I went through the chain of command and was met with indifference from all. I called the store again, after nearly three months, and the person I spoke to, finally took care of me. After just a week, I had someone come out and attempt a repair that failed. They cared, and suggested the TV be replaced. It was! The moral of the story is, if you have a problem, deal with the store, try different people at the store. They took care of me. After three months, I had a new TV. Geek Squad finally took care of my issue.

I haven't had to use them yet for our TV but they were very helpful trying to get us to find the best tv for our budget.

Well worth the cost to have the protection on my new television. Hope I never have to use it but it si great to have it.

I have not used it....maybe I got a great product..But if I have to use it I get a Brand New Upgraded TV. Smart by me huh =)
