[Employee of bestbuy] Here is the deal, if you dont get Geek Squad Protection, you are missing out. Lets start with the fact things are not made like they used to be. Drop something once and its done. Now I can be my clumsy self and not be overly worried I lost my item. Win win

Absolutely get an extended warranty. If you don’t have an issue great, but you loose if you don’t have a warranty and your basic warranty is up, you’re out. You will get credit back and don’t have to deal with OEM, shipping, etc. Just do the warranty and get no hassle Best Buy return the same day, unless it’s a TV then you have to go thru their service center but still bought another warranty with the next TV.

Cant speak on other warranties or services but definitely geek squad took care of me. Specifically Norman the tech i was lucky to get. This is a must have and it gives you a peace of mind

Geek squad has the best protect 4 years tv went dow best buy came to house realized tv could not be fick in 30 minutes I have an email with a code to take to store or go on line and get my new tv for free

I normally don’t buy an extended warranty but due that the tv is a fair condition item and open box I decided to secure the investment.

Cool that is included. Honestly is helpful because not many Apple stores are nearby but sometimes I feel like I should just go to Apple instead. Also, some interactions I’ve had previously with the TV not the greatest customer service.

Best warranty and service for the price. Geek squad deliverd my tv to replace a faulty one after 2 years. They even removed and took the old tv with them.

This screen protector is fantastic and I wish I could rate it 6 stars. In a horrific chain of events I tragically dropped my phone from approximately 4 3/4 feet directly onto cold hard pavement littered with gravel. (Dropped it out my car window) I hesitantly exited my vehicle and then proceeded to step directly on top of the phone which was screen side down. To my dismay I observed multiple cracks on the screen of my almost new iPhone 8. I then did the drive of shame back home where I could more closely observe the catastrophic damage to my phone screen. I slowly pulled it out of my pocket as a single tear ran down my face. Suddenly I was overcome with an epiphany. I had purchased and installed this glass protector on my phone. Is it possible that my screen was still intact? Is it possible that this 8 dollar product saved me from replacing my entire screen? I slowly peeled back the screen and was filled with joy. I haven't felt joy like this since I opened up my Nintendo 64 one 1990's Christmas morning. My screen was unscathed. I snapped a picture of the decimated screen cover, and gave it a proper viking burial. Thank you for your service tempered glass screen protector.The description of "ultra clear" is truthful: the clarity of my phone screen isn't at all diminished with it on. Because I have an iPhone 7, no protector can cover the entirety of the screen; this does, however, cover the entire flat part of the screen, unlike other protectors I've tried which were very visibly 1mm too short. The protector also doesn't cause any issues with functionality - touch sensitivity, 3D touch etc. all feel unchanged. The surface feels really smooth to the touch.

I hope I never need it but I feel good knowing I do.

I've reached out to them over the TV that wasn't delivered at the time because I did not receive a phone call or email about the service. When it was canceled. They reached out, communicated with me and properly corrected issue.

About 3 years ago I helped an old friend who is very technologically challenged by a 58” tv. I made sure she bought the 5 year warranty from Best Buy. Just in case. We the just in case happened and the tv failed. I called Best Buy on her behalf and was quickly and efficiently forwarded to a really patient and knowledgeable customer service representative . Following a few questions he informed me the tv was not repairable and that the full purchase price would be refunded. We talked about applying that amount to a newer better larger tv and within 5 minutes delivery date was set. We, of course opted for a new 5 year warranty. A few days later new set arrived and old one taken away. I installed the new set and my friend could not be happier. Great service.

Had an issue with my 3 year old 75” Samsung. It needed a new part, so I waited 2 weeks for the repair to happen, which was fine for us because we have another tv. When they got here the part they brought was wrong so he went outside to order it and at that point decided it wasn’t worth it to replace that (and ended up needing a couple other parts that they didn’t realize we needed) so they told us we needed to replace it. It took me maybe 20 minutes to call in the replacement and in a week we had our new tv delivered and the old one was taken out. It would have been extra to have it mounted by geek squad so we opted out but we were so happy with how easy it was for the whole process. So worth it!! And I am assuming it took so long (about 3 weeks total) because of where we live — in the middle of nowhere. I will never buy another tv without geek squad protection!

Purchased this at a very affordable price to protect my new television. Gives me great piece of mind, knowing I have five years additional protection for my purchase!
