I highly recommend getting the Protection on your electronics!!

I never disappointed at Best Buy or Geek Squad’s quality of service. I haven’t had to take any help from Geek Squad for my recent purchases. But I have in the past and I never regretted my decision.

When i bought the C1 LG OKED tv i knew that ill need a protection plan cover for avoid any future inconvenience. So i bought it. Im not have any problem with the tv buy one never knows. Is a great option and very necessary.

I like to protect my larger purchase so this item was a good cost and length of time to cover the new TV

Haven't had the need to use this service, but it's always good to have that extra safety net.

Team manger was very patient with my tv purchase. She ensured all my questions were answered and helped me with my online account to make an in person purchase.

Purchased this for 65" LCD TV. While I normally don't purchase extended warranties, the peace of mind this provides knowing that I will have an operating TV guaranteed for 5 years is worth the small cost. I have had several large screens fail, so knowing my cost of ownership over the next five years, as compared to possibly having to purchase a new one after the one or two year warranty passes is a plus.

I always purchased Best Buy's GSP when I purchase large ticket items (e.g. TV, Computer, etc.) and they usually don't disappoint. Just make sure when you're purchasing a GSP that it doesn't run the same length of time as the manufacturer's warranty because it's pointless at that point. Other than that, replacing a defective unit is fairly easy.

We wish that we purchase the 5-year protection with the TV purchased in June 2023.

Excellent service even when facing complicated account issues (I have two accounts and the protection and television ended up on different places.) My original television couldn't be fixed so they issued me store credit to put towards a new one. Definitely worth the money.

I bought this for an open box TV, but I have returned the TV and never used this.

4 yrs ago I purchased a High End Sony TV, and purchased the 5-Year Protection Plan. It paid off, when that TV stopped working. Geek Squad came out, advised the TV had to be replaced. Went to Best Buy, got the Protection Plan value, and ended up getting a 75” and a 55” for the bedroom. And a gift card voucher with the remainder of the $$. Didn’t hesitate to add the Protection Plan to both TVs.

Very happy with the extremely comprehensive protection of the Geek Squad TV Warranty package. Including Burn-In in the warranty makes this easily the most secure warranty around.

The agents were very polite and courteous. They even put on bags over their shoes to cover the soles from getting our living room carpet all dirty. Our TV screen had been damaged from a direct hit by a flying drone. Agents went through the process step by step with us and made sure all options were assessed. I recommend buying coverage for all your tech. We’ll worth the purchase.

 This TV came right on time. My old one went out on me. My warranty was up so I had to get a new one. I seen this one the price was right, so I got it brilliant picture look like I chose the right one. 

I got this tv with the warranty to my 1st tv due to it breaking, geek squad was awesome, very easy with the help, recommend everyone getting geek squad protection.
