Had my Sony TV for 23 month and started going out. So glad I had the Geek Squad coverage. TV is being replaced.

The Geek Squad has done several great installations for our family. I.e. 5.1 Surround Sound System, large screen televisions etc.

Greatest purchase ever glad I did. Ended up using it a year later. Tech services was excellent the tech guy was knowledgeable friendly. Repair date was set came out and was fast and easy. In and out.

Ive had Geek Squad before and it was great . Its the one thing that you can ge from Best Buy that you actually never want to use

Got as added protection. Hope I won’t have to use it. If so, hope it was worth it. Wish the manufacturer’s warranty was longer than the seemingly standard one year.

Cant beat the warrenty. Anything happens and the Electonics are covered. Life happens when u lease expect it. Moght ss well be prepared

I have not actually had to use the geek squad, but they have answered many questions for me and were very knowledgeable when I am in the store trying to purchase what I need. I feel I will have reliable and knowledgeable service when I need them

Gotta have for important purchase. I don't have to worry about my expensive purchase for the next 5 years.

Joshua from the Geek Squad installed a Bestbuy swivel TV stand and our new LG TV to all our devices and gave us an excellent overview of the operation of our new TV. We highly recommend getting a Geek Squad service plan.

My westinghouse 46" died on me luckily right before 4 yr warranty expired. Used warranty to purchase this cheaper tv, but it's bigger, better quality pic, picks up more free channels with the antennnae and got another 5 yr warranty. Had $150 leftover to finally buy me a keurig 2.0. Very pleased with Best buy warranty program. No need to hang on to receipt, all info stays in your best buy account if you need to use the warranty.
