So worth it. This was on my parents old TV I bought them. TV was about 4 year old and started getting dark spots. Geek squad had me send pictures and approved replacement. They came out and delivered the new TV and removed the old. Would always suggest either the individual plan or the plan that covers all purchases, both are a good value

Great piece of mind protection for my new Sony Bravia 5!

We bought this tv for a family member who is bed ridden. This TV provides exceptional viewing experience. Color is sharp and sound is great even without a sound bar. The remote is easy to use which is a blessing. The price was extremely good and of course we choice to add on the protection policy which was extremely cost effective but truly dont think we will need it. There were many add on options to view free for 30 days. A great idea to test things out and see if these things suit you. This transaction was easy and delivery was quick and on time. Samsung is the best product in this class and Best Buy has the greatest service. A very good experience.

Our 1 year old Insignia TV lost the picture. I was fortunate to have purchased the Geek Squad Protection. The technician came to the house, assessed the issue and ordered a part. He assured us that he would return the next week and install the new part. When he came back to install, the TV failed. He promptly said "You get a new TV". He gave us a voucher for a same/similar TV. We had to return the dead TV. We promptly went to the Best Buy store, turned in the dead TV with the components, and they directed us to the TV dept. We found the same TV, one year newer, and completed the transaction. When we brought it home and set it up, everything loaded up from the Amazon account, and we were able to enjoy the evening. We recommend the Geek Squad, they were very professional and very accommodating to our needs.

Very easy to use website and product variety was excellent. Prices were extremely competitive and offered price points that fit into my budget. Overall great experience.

We have had 2 use this feature 1 time on a vacuum and i have to say, the simplicity of replacement is worth the price. Our 1,5 year old Dyson gave up the ghost and we had to tap our 2 year coverage we added. All i had to do is drive down to the store and pick up a brand new Dyson. Done. Can't ask for more.

Best Buy’s warranty is great really take care of the customer and give great customer service

What amazes me is the engineered life span of a new TV that makes getting this coverage virtually mandatory. My 42" Insignia died almost 5 years to the month of when I got it. I was then told my new 49" Sony would have about the same lifespan - if I'm lucky! If it dies within 5 years and they cannot fix it, I get a new one "free" if you don't count the cost of the Geek Squad protection. Go figure. When you add things like this to the fact you pay $200+/month for Comcast TV & Internet, the cost of entertainment has become an absurdity. It's enough sometimes for me to think about buying a TV at a thrift store and using "rabbit ears" antennas for actual free TV and save myself a lot of money to the tune of $3,000+ per year when you amortize it out to the TV's life span. Did you know that with FHA you can put a down payment TO BUY A HOUSE with what you spend on TV in 2-3 years??? Just the same, even if I just had TV "rabbit ears," the Internet has become a necessity the way a telephone is, it's a form of velvet-gloved robbery. So, hat's off to the Geek Squad for being there, to save us from our big, expensive TV's that have an engineered life span not unlike the cast from Blade Runner. I recommend it because it's now mandatory and no longer an option unless you're into gambling odds, with your TV lasting more than 5 years, not much different than the state lottery. Haven't needed Geek Squad to set up my TV, however given my past experience with them, with my computer, I expect no less than 5 stars.

I usually get the geek squad protection whenever I buy anything. I made a mistake one time and didn’t get it and lo and behold. I needed it and I will never purchase anything with a big dollar value without the geek squad protection ever again.

This is an expensive investment to protect my expensive purchase.

Like to be squad they're very good and I've always had a good luck with them I'm there great people to help to assist with someone and maybe you have problems with whatever and as far as repairs and then really good and it's always good to have someone like to geek squad I would recommend the key squad to anyone it has any problems like with electronics overall

I've purchased all of my electronics, appliances, and cameras from Best Buy. I do not purchase anythings within getting Geek Squad protection because it's the absolute BEST!!! I actually use the Geek Squad protection on this TV. This TV was my replacement. Filing a claim and delivery was quick and easy! 10/10 I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

I absolutely love this tv. The quality on it is out of this world, It’s super bright and supports Dolby Vision and Atmos. It has all kinds of features and it looks modern with the slim bezels. The QLED brings out a perfect picture and the only complaint I would have is the “ghosting” when watching fast motion content.

Definitely needed this for my tv, hung it on the wrong mount and it started glitching.

Got this for TV protection. Peace of Mind for next 5 year.
