Purchased the 5 year protection plan from the Geek Squad. Hope we never have to use it, but it gives us peace of mind.

Best Buy and Geek Squad have ALWAYS given me the best of care and service when it comes to their Protection Plans. Any time I have every had an issue with an item that was under warranty they quickly took action to fix my issue, whether it was to repair the item back to fully working condition or replacing the item promptly if it could not be fixed. Best Buy has always handled the situation to my fullest satisfaction. That is why I tell anyone who asks, my first choice will always be to get my electronics from Best Buy because of their Protection Plan!!!

Got just in case, got it for a mid range priced TV.. Have had issues in past with Geek Squad protection plans (had to go to Corp to get it covered as store refused to honor it).. But in the end got the other product replaced. Was told that this would not be an issue this time but only time will tell. Worth it if you have the time to call Corp to make sure you are able to use it should the store refuse..

This is the second TV I’ve bought at Best Buy in the last 12 years. Both TVs I got the extended warranty the first TV I didn’t have to use it until almost 5 years and they fixed my TV fast and easy. This is one of the best investments I've ever made! I ended up using the Geek Squad for ALL of my electrical items purchased at Best Buy or not! The protection is soooo applicable to so many scenarios of needs by a common user of laptops, cell phones, copiers and tablets! The services (in person or on the phone), the automatic extended warranties and free deliveries have more than paid for my service protection twice over! Each "geek" has been stellar in their knowledge and friendly in their service!

Bought this for my second TV I bought from Best Buy just for a peace of mind at a great cost. I believe in Best Buy and I know they'll honor my warranty when I need it the most!

I ALWAYS buy warranties for my purchases. When my T.V. , I bought at BEST BUY , suddenly broke down , I called them, and an Agent from the GEEK SQUAD came to my home, diagnosed the problem AND told me I was TOTALLY covered!! He helped me understand the warranty and I was able to get a NEW T.V. to replace the defective one. Then of course I got another 5 year standard GEEK SQUAD Waranty!! I'd give 10 Stars if I could!! The agent was Polite Professional and Knowledgeable!! I highly recommend getting Warranties and using the GEEK SQUAD!! Thank You BEST BUY and The GEEK SQUAD!!

A very experienced technician diagnosed my TVs issues and determined I was eligible for a replacement under Geek Squad warranty. I am very happy with the new TV and the service provided. Best protection plan from any retailer I’ve experienced.

Kelyn and another agent got my setup done quickly and with great skill and knowledge. Hopefully, I’ll never have to use the Squad service but if I do I will feel confident if they all are as knowledgeable, skilled and courteous as Kelyn.

I love the purchase! The audio is the most impressive to me even more so than the 4k visuals. I can feel the floor shake in my apartment when explosions or any big boom sound is made in a movie or playing my PS5 games. Having a 65" TV of this quality in my living room feels so good. I made a great purchase. If you love playing video games this TV is definitely worth purchasing. I also love listening to music on it. The sound quality like I mentioned is amazing.

Geek squad is very good for yout warranty there very fast to get your product fix if they can't fix they will give you a store credit to purchase anything in bestbuy store

Repairs or replacement you dont have to worry for a long time with this buy. If you have the money for it, why not! Esp since newer appliances don't seem to last now a day.

Absolutely worth it, and comes with alot of nice perks. For example, if you are buying a television 55 inches or larger, a Geek Squad member will be able to visit your house to process the warrant claim. That's huge, because carrying around large used televisions, in which you probably won't have the box, can be a big hassle. Very comprehensive coverage, especially for OLED televisions.

Great service-I always get this with my purchases. I’ve NEVER had an issue. They even gave me credit on an item that was discontinued but still within warranty-wow!

It's always good to be able to call someone in when things go wrong. The last time I had a TV just break with seemingly no fix, the technician spent almost a week trying to fix it before I was provided with a replacement. I have always purchased coverage any time I buy a TV from best buy because of that.
