Scott has always been great to me. Their service is quick easy to communicate. I’m usually hesitant to buy it but with these types of items it’s worth it and they always pull through.

I often skip protection plans. Decided 4 years ago to purchase one for my TV. Repaired once (appeared to be a manufacturer defect) and the instead of repairing the safe defect a 2nd time, gave us the equivalent of a replacement at no cost. You never know with electronics. Geek Squad were easy to schedule and efficient on the repair and quickly enabling the replacement to be processed.

Again, always great service, advice and kindness .

I always get the extended warranty on the higher price electrical items because the two times I have had to use it they did not give me any hassle at all. One of the items was a vacuum and because it was non fixable and no longer stocked (three years old) they gave me my full purchase price back on a gift card. Also other places make you use the manufacture warranty the first year before the extended warranty kicks in, but the geek squad protection handles all that for you.

I use this mostly for online and telephone support. When I do, the agents are always knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and stay with it until the issue is figured out and fixed. Good value. Not cheap. But compared to the cost and hassle of trying to fix stuff yourself and/or take it to someone to fix it and/or hire someone to come in, this is a very good value.

I Love Thos Geeks So Much it seriously hurts. I offer a tip they say No. They dont use me like some people. The geeks are my true friends and if I ever get married I will invite the geeks to st up my wedding and stay for hourdeverve hour then grab entrées to go after there done setting up the DJ Table and TV / Ice Display.

I haven’t needed to use it this product but I am confident due to past experience that if I do there will be no problem.

Strongly recommend this if you are purchasing an oled tv. I recently had to use mine for burn in on an oled tv. Best Buy took care of it with no issue.

Best service in town you can't beat it most appliances and tvs break down after 2 year so its a must to grab a 5 year warranty and bestbuy delivers when the time is right if not tou got 1heck of a tv or appliance

Agent handled an exchange with great expertise. Agent Smith was very patient with me and provided options with detailed explanations for my exchange TV.

Haven’t needed the service yet, but I am very glad that I purchased the extra two years. For peace of mind and generally have a tendency to up and stop working for no apparent reason. Maybe just bad luck or something else. But knowing that I had the geek squad there to help me really give me that piece of mind I was speaking about.

The Geek Squad were amazing. I'm not an idiot! I have hooked up many systems before. But the new speakers that I could never get great sound out of them. The Squad hooked them up properly and made system easy to navigate easily between different units in the system. The TV was crisp and they did it all quickly too! It had been frustrating to have these great speakers but not be able to enjoy them as I can now. I had 6 yrs of college! You'd think I coulda figured it out!

Already saved me money. Worked on my TV and found it was not fixable. Sent me a new one and removed myvold TV. Thank you geek squad.

Geek squad service is Amazing I never use to buy these protection plans but when I started buying more expensive TVs/Soundbars I decided to pay for the protection if Anything breaks or needs to be replaced it’s free of charge geek squad is A must have

Having protection on any device is needed you never know when you’ll need it. Anything can happen

I think this is on my sound bar and hopefully I will never have to use it but glad to have peace of mind knowing if I do I can bring it in and they will take care of it.

Guys came on time very polite and had manners asked me where this item was going and brought it in offered to give me a hand with putting up but I was in a bit of rush so decline their help.
