Best way to keep your items safe and can get another or fix with this plan

I generally purchase protection plans for large ticket items and for smaller ticket items if the costs of the protection plan does not exceed 15% of the purchase price which is still a bit high. I have had to use the benefits of a protection plan before and for the most part it is worthwhile. Seems that the satisfaction level is largely based on the store's management policies and store reps. In a worst case scenario it's good insurance if you have product failure and or need support service.

Thank goodness for the warranties makes the process of buying easier knowing you're back up by BB. This warranty protected me and got me a new tv cause my unit became defective.

I always get geek squad for my expensive electronics just for peace of mind. The tv broke and they came out to see what they could do. Tv wasn’t able to be fixed so what I paid for it could be applied for the next tv. And of course got geek squad to cover my new tv.

You must have Protection; we never know if items will stop working shortly. Technology is improving; however they are not perfect.

I bought a floor model OLED LG 55 inch TV because the price was too good to pass up. I bought this warranty because it was an floor model, I usually don't purchase an extended warranty. Im so glad I did. There was burn in on the wcreen when I got home and the geek squad came over and replaced my screen within a week. Amazing customer service and amazing warranty! Great affordable protection service and de worry free

Nothing better than security when buying a bigger appliance. The few times I've had to use my protection plans have been very easy to manage. Best buy is great with the service they do.

The protection plan is good overall. What I don't like is it doesn't kick in until a year after you purchase which wasn't obvious when I bought the TV. You have to go through the TV provider for the first year on most models. So, basically, you are paying for a 4 year plan instead of a 5 year, because you can't use the plan in the first year of owning your tv. The bottom line, you shouldn't be charged for a 5 year plan if it is only good for 4 years.

I buy from Best Buy even if I have to pay a little more because of their protection plan. I feel more at ease with the geeks than alot of the other retailers, plus the product normally outlast the warranty, but I get it just in case for big ticket items.

I bought this to extend the warranty on my TCL TV, I wasn't too familiar with the brand so I didn't know what to expect. So far, the TV has been great so I haven't needed to use this. For me, it was worth the money for a little peace of mind. I would recommend this if you are buying this type of electronics.
