Purchased for our other tv, same idea as we have young kids and it is not a good day when the living tv gets smashed and you have no warranty/protection plan and end up spending 10x as much if ya buy the plan rather than a whole new tv.

the tv works perfectly! its nice and loud. the best part is speaking into the remote for assistance

The agents came out to my home to see if there was a problem with my television. As well they came out to my home to help me find a replacement tv and delivered my new tv.

I recommend anyone to purchase an extended warranty on a major purchase because you never know when it will be needed I had purchased many warranties in the past and yes they do work and less worries not to affect your pocket book because you already took care of it earlier

Due to having 2 TV's blow up within months of each other, we felt the extra warranty was warranted! We have surge protectors on our whole house and also extra ones for each TV. The blow ups were just the way both older TV's decided to die. We believed the extra warranty would be helpful because of the lightness of the TV and it's fragile position.

I haven't used the 5 yr warranty and I hope I don't have to.

The 5 year geek squad warranty is excellent. If they can’t fix the TV they will replace it. The geek squad comes to your residence they are very polite, professional and prompt with time.

I usually never buy a service plan but I did with the purchase of my new television. It's for "just in case". Hopefully I will never need to use it and if I do it was worth the price!

Make sure you get the protection plus. You will need this if you have little kids.
