I bought a 55"and a 65" SONY TVS.And then I also had them delivered and mounted.and then I got the warranty for both for 2yrs.I am 100%happy

Love the piece of mind. This is for eighteen year old granddaughter. Gaming, movies, constant use. Protection gives piece of mind

Geek squad sent a technician right away, technician had inspected the tv and could not repair the issue said it was a defect so recommended a refund or replacement, I had no issues with receiving a new replacement, thank you Geek Squad.

Geek Squad protection plans are affordable and give me that extra peace of mind with my Best Buy purchases. I am free to thoroughly enjoy my products without any worry, and I know that should anything unexpectedly go wrong with any of them, Geek Squad will keep me smiling and glad that I bought their protection. Worth every penny.

Produce works just as it should. No issues and customer service was exceptional. I will continue to use Best But gor all of my electronic needs

We purchased this just in case of technical issues or difficulties with our TV unit. Its better to have a back up on top of the limited warranty and I believe it is easier and convenient to schedule a service with the geek squad compared to the actual warranty company. At least that's what I heard from the actual agent as a tip of advice.

Haven't need it yet but the best buy employee helped me understand the value of this, especially for OLED TV long term. Worth the price imo

I have used the Geek Squad for many years and am so very happy with the service they provide. I am not computer savvy, but I don't have to worry about that. I get help from Geek Squad at my Best Buy store, online when I chat with them, or over the phone when I call. How covenient is that! They even bring the "tech lingo" down a few notches so I understand what they are trying to tell me. Couldn't live without them!

Absolutely worh thw price. The tv i had the protection on went out, and the plan covered it completely. I'm currently trying tonadd the same protection plan to the new replacement tv.

I always purchase the Geek Squad protection on consumer electronics if the cost of the product is substantial, or if the protection provides for cleaning, replacement, etc. I have used Geek Squad protection a couple of times and was satisfied to receive a replacement product through the local store without having to wait for one to be shipped from a replacement service center, or having to wait for the non-functioning product to be evaluated.

Great plan that takes the worry out of the little things

Usually I don't get add on protections except at Best Buy. I trust that they will honor their products. Years ago, I got a defective drive and I was offered either my money back or a brand new one. Since then I've always gotten Geek Squad protection.

They delivered my SAMSUNG TV to the third floor and as planned.

It provides a piece of mind, when buying high end items. Manufacturing warranty is great, but doesn't always cover everything and takes a lot longer than a ride to bestbuy.
