It’s great It’s hard to find a good warranty these days in the past I have use this after the manufactures warranty there’s no more and the TV stopped working and Best Buy replaced it

Give yourself a piece of mine over your TV and know that if you got any questions they’re always there to answer for you or to help you or what you may need

The agents mounted my TVs and connected it all together. They were very polite and professional. And they did a superb job.

You need a warranty of TVs, it just how it is now electronics do not last long. Geek squad takes care of things and makes sure the TV is running when it is back in your hands if it is not they usually replace it or find something similar

The picture quality is great! The TV is big and looks great above the fireplace!

Always worth it. Geek squad protection plans and replacement plans are the best you can buy. I prefer going to best buy for all my electronics needs.

This Geek squad Protection plan was to cover a replacement for my 3 year old Plasma that developed problems. Normally i don't get extended warranties; but in case of today's high end TVs ;I think it is a good investment.

Having Geek Squad with any electronic purchase is a MUST comes in handy just because you never know what can happen if something happens to your devices.

The service technician was very knowledgeable and help me with the issue with my TV and directed me on what I needed to do.

The geek squad protection plan is really nice for stuff like a big tv, because if anything were to go wrong, than you want to make sure and have insurance to cover it.

I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

I feel that I good a very good value for the money. Basically $41 for each year for the confidence that your tv will be taken care of.

The geek squad warranty has been enhanced and now is better than ever with replacement terms. Only warranty on the market that protects against burn in. Must have for OLED tv

I had the opportunity to buy a bigger 4K at HH Gregg for less, but their extended warranty seemed sketchy. It was also $150 more for their warranty. The TV was less but with the extended warranty, it was a higher total cost.
