The agent mounted, and connected my TV in a fast convenient manner

I purchased the 2 year Geek squad protection plan, for the tv therefore if there are any issues they will come out and address and fix them.

Purchased the Geek Squad extended warranty for the Insignia 42” TV. Good price for the extended warranty.

Love getting the extra protections on my items! its a must!

The geek squad did a great job with the install. They showed up on time and did their job in a timely manner. They made sure that everything was done properly.

I almost always buy the extended warranty when I buy anything major though I have never had to use it through best buy (knocks on wood) I have friends who have, and they have nothing but good things to say.

Haven't had to use it yet for this product, not had been good for others.

The protection is mediocre, and dosnt cover a lot of things, you don’t get a choice of replacement, even if you spend 5000 on a tv, you get the equivalent to the tv spec(wich could be next years 200$ tv,)

I got a price adjustment and ended up getting a price adjusted warranty. So working with the Geek Squad service has been great so far.

What a great plan! I have had to use it and Best Buy stands behind their word. A replacement of equal value or a gift card of equal value … excellent!

instead of taking chances with an expensive purchase of my tv, i covered it a 5 year protection plan. now i can not stress in case some issue arises with the tv.

I bought the Geek Squad Warranty for my Insignia Roku TV and I am glad I made that purchase! My TV had a bad speaker, so I returned it to the Best Buy store and got an exchange with no problem. :)

Purchased service because home computers had been hacked. Service was helpful and reassuring and timely and professes appropriate support for the future. Also assuring. Good deal re: price and promises.

The agents keep my equipment working properly. I try and get equipment checkups every year and sometimes more often. The agents on Ray Rd. In Ahwatukee are great.

When we purchased our new smart tv, we knew we wouldn't be able to fix it if something happened. Geek squad has an excellent reputation and we didn't hesitate to purchase their protection plan! Don't regret it 1 bit!

they held up to there end of the bargain. well worth the money spent. get it for any major purchase. great piece of mind.

This protection plan covers burn in on oleds would definitely recommend!

After working for Best Buy I definitely understand the purpose of Geek Squad Protection . So it was definitely a no brainer to add it on to my tv purchase .

My first T.v. messed up a week before the warranty went out. They brought me s new tv. Bigger than the one I had. So I renewed my warranty and will always this it.
