This is the first time use of Geek squad for a defective TV. Absolutely awesome warranty support. Calling customer service was easy, was connected to a live person not a computer within a matter of minutes. An appointment was set up and a Geek squad member came down within a week to adjust the issue. Within 48 hours of issue in the system, my issue was resolved immediately. He wasn't fortunate that my TV was not repaired, but with a 5-year extended warranty, I was able to get a gift card as an exchange for my broken TV, and again ordered a brand new TV online and delivered to my house within week.

Great deal and protection for my electronic. Even if you don't use it, the coverage of any unforseen circumstances is worth the price.

The thought of not having peace of mind is crazy. I value this type of support.

So far haven't needed any assistance other than what I got from the sales rep. who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Feel better about a TV with extension to the typical warranty.

I always find best buy delivery and product up to standard with no problem with whatever i buy,they are there name best buy

I normally do not purchase extended protection for my own electronics, but since my purchase was a gift to someone, I wanted to ensure the recipient would not have to spend any money out of HER own pocket on MY gift if any issues arose. I guess you could call it peace-of-mind for both of us.

Your crazy if you spend money for a nice tv or other items and do not protect it! The Geek squad is the way to go!

I feel safe knowing I have coverage fo my new tv everyone should get coverage for their tv it takes the weigh off of you from worrying to much

I always buy the five year Geek Squad protection because Best Buy honors it. Totally worth it.

We havent had to use it yet but its nice knowing we have protection on our investment.
