Great warranty to purchase just in case your product has an issue. The best thing is the Geek Squad will come to your house to repair it

Purchase warranty for this TV because it's used for trade shows, and travels... Hope I never need to use the warranty

I have only used the plan once for my television and customer service was great. There are two things that could be improved which are the price, it is a little expensive for certain items, and protection against drops or spills for televisions.

You never know when... so you better have it! The Geek Squad Protection is the best there is. When it dies they come and replace or repair! Don't leave the store with out it!!!

Worth every penny! The Geek Squad in home service personnel are skilled with the latest tech so it helps for folks who aren't so skilled!

best TV for the price. took me white to learn voice command remote. but it works great.

Didn’t require their services, but it’s good to have the protection plan, even though I don’t foresee any mishaps with the item purchased.

Went in the store to have the geek squad install updates on the computer we purchased. Was able to leave computer at store and run errands. Once was completed received a call to pick it up.

I suggest you get this for any product you buy it will definitely come in handy if something happens to ur devices

They are amazing at assisting things over the phone or in person always reliable and most the time finds the solution relatively quick

No idea yet - this is the 5 year Geek Squad Warranty. Significantly pricier than alternatives. Hope I never need to use it.

I recommend anyone buying a computer at Best Buy of any kind to get this protection because you never know what may happen 3 - 4 years down the line.
