I have used the Geek Squad several times and they have come through for me, so they are nice to have as back-up.

The 32 Pioneer TV works great and has plenty of colors to see blended as one watches TV or a DVD player hooked simply into side of TV with cable.

This set show a great picture. The audio quality straight out the set is good. Most HDTV you need a soundbar but not with this set. The only drawback is the system it runs on. Just another account I must keep up with.

All i have to say is that everyone need to try the Geek Squad service to feel as goos as i do. My tv need some qork done and Geek Squad sent a professional to help me out. I had a computer to fix and they did. Also, all the store in NYC has great customer services in the Geek Squad Department and throughout the Best Buy store.

Mr Nadeau and the other Geek Squad gentleman took down our older smart Tv, and mounted our new Tv using the same Tv mount as we previously had. They alsohooked up our Surround sound, Blu Ray player and our new streaming service. Very professional, friendly answering our questions. They also hauled away our old TV

Good TV, problems arise when one becomes familiar with the interface. Redundant steps to access content; antiquated format.

A protection plan is great if you're overly cautious and almost a must if you have children. Would highly recommend for purchases over $100, especially if they have a lot of moving parts.
