I am so grateful that I got this 5-year Best Buy geek squad because my TV started faltering after about 4 and 1/2 years and I called Best Buy and they replaced it immediately with a better TV

The television protection plan for the Geek Squad is nice for the price that we purchased it for. If anything happens to the television we are able to get quick results because we purchased the plan for any issues that may occur. With an item that size I think it a great idea to purchase a protection plan.

this tv is good i wish i got a Samsung instead but [this tv has great picture quality google sometimes freezes up

im really glad i buy the extended warranty as you never know what will happen in the future and if your like me you dont have alot of money to throw around at times. so its good to pay a little more now then alot later when you may have to pay a whole lot or be out whatever it is at the time. personally think its worth it as the one year warranties are usually very limited and if u dont find ur item under their exact perimeters then you cannot make a claim.

Good to know help is there when needed. Havent had to use it yet tho.

This TV has the greatest picture and really sounds great - even when you turn the volume up high. It was very easy to mount on the wall.
