I highly recommend Geek Squad extended warranty. I have had 2 TVs fail which, were covered by the warranty. Best Buy replaced both TVs no problem. All I had to do was make the phone call; the new TV was delivered, and the old TV taken away. In fact, I upgraded the last time and just had to pay the difference.

Hopefully don't have to use but will be nice to have if I have any problems with my open box item.

We bought a Roku 65” TV plus the 5 yr Geek Squad coverage. We have used Geek Squad in the past on our computer and they fixed it plus retrieved my photos. I highly recommend Geek Squad

I purchased the monitor and it was broken as to wear you couldn’t see it until the monitor was turned on. I didn’t really need my warranty because it was a new purchase however I did my return and replacement through Geek squad and they were polite and helpful

They do great work and help with all my needs even time I have a question they know the answer even ten years back when I purchased stuff for Best buy they can still help .

I always get protection on that items that I purchased because you never know what may happen.

Some times these are a must to have these days. Bought this protection for our second dehumidifier. The first one died a few days after the factory warranty was over. You get a store credit for what you originally paid for the original so you can get a new one.

Very good value to protect your resent purchase . Reasonable priced

Hope to not need to use it, but peace of mind knowing I have protection in the event I do. I have used GS protection in the past and it was well worth the small up front cost.

Definitely buy the product warranty. My father had the insurance on his tv, and after owning the tv for just over 4 years, the picture started to show grey lines in the picture. The tv couldn’t be fixed. Because he had the insurance, Best Buy issued a credit for the tv and we used it to buy a bigger and better tv for just a few dollars out of pocket! Buy the insurance!!
