Best buy offers excellent customer service and piece of mind for my expensive tv

In love with the sound bar. The bass is amazing. I have it for my bedroom, bass shakes the whole room even on a low volume.

Great website to order from and had no issues buying or picking up. Also have had no issues setting up myself.

Its always been worth getting the warranty because you never know when things will break

The TV is put in a box without adequate protection. FedEx damaged the box and the TV inside. I called Best Buy and they gladly replaced the item. However, I had to return the broken one which I told them that I couldn’t do alone since I have back problems and live in a high floor in the middle of NYC. So Best Buy made arrangements for a UPS driver to come to my place and pick up the broken TV. A UPS driver came to pick up the TV and neither bought the labels nor scanned it so now I’m stuck with having to pay for garbage. It’s been 3 days and the UPS system now reads that there was an attempted delivery to bring the labels even though the TV was already picked up. Unbelievable!

Can’t really say much but I do know they honor their service and they do get things fixed. If they don’t they will replace a new item so I can say the service is.

Since the Samsung t.v. collapsed with in the first couple of years, and my t.v. was replaced with a Sony, because of the 5 yr. warranty I bought in the beginning ~~ I bought another 5 yr. warranty for the new Sony.

Worth it to get for insuring your more expensive purchases. Every time I ever had an issue with one of my electronics geek squad was incredibly helpful and fixed the problem.

I haven't needed to use this plan, but I'm definitely happy I bought it. I financed my whole purchase at 0% using the BestBuy card and the added peace of mind is definitely worth it. Living in the city (NY) without a car means that, in the event of an issue, it's a HUGE issue getting a TV around. This plan alleviates that concern, and I'll get it every time.

This "insurance" plan is a definite must have, especially if you are not especially tech savvy. I have used it numerous times and it provides peace of mind and is reassuring to know that any problem(s) I encounter with tech issues will be handled in an efficient and thorough way.

I have used Geek Squad in the past and was happy with them. I haven’t used them lately, but feel they will be good.

This purchase was a great idea when buying my laptop.

Usually I stay away from warranties; however, Geek Squad warranties are the exception. Highly recommend spending the coin if you are buying something expensive.

I haven't needed to contact the geek squad yet, but having the coverage at a very good price is comforting.

When getting a new TV definitely get their geek squad protection. They come to you if there’s any problems.
