I have had the geek squad come to my house on several occasions with different items over the years. And they are just great.

GS agents were patient, efficient, and made me feel confident they knew what I needed to get up and running with my system. My old laptop had 10+ years of family photos, professional files and my financial records. The device was dying a painful death but GS transferred all fills to new device.

I would definitely not buy a TV today without an additional warranty. TV’s today have so many features and issues can arise. Having a warranty for five years at a lower price is a great value. If it can’t be fixed , you can get it replaced. With a warranty, you have a chance for repair or replacement. Saves u from buying another unit. Best deal around. Best Buy Geeks usually are great.

Purchased a new TV didn’t want the headache I recall the difficulty we had putting the other TV above the fireplace so I opted in for the geek squad protection and installation so very handy it was nice as they took the TV off the wall and put the new one up And set it up it was great well worth what I paid for it no it’s covered so on those dog toys go flying TV is covered

I like buying the extended warranties on electronics it gives me an extended piece of mind that if my product had a problem in the future The Geek squad has my back.

Haven't used the warranty yet but have used Geek Squad before. They are professional and take time to explain features of new TV's

I don't recall buying this protection in August 2020. But I have bought the Geek Squad protection several times before and am very very happy I did. Service is always professional and helpful, although the line and wait was long one time. It is a risk/reward calculation - is the coverage likely to be needed. Like other insurance, you never know - but when needed, it is worth the cost.

Great piece of mind warranty. Parents used before on failed TV no issues what so ever.

Geek Squad, need I say more? Excellent cover to have should the worst happen and a must for all the electronice here in this house. If we buy anything new, it will always be bought with a Geek Squad Protection Plan.

ALWAYS BUY FOR ADDITIONAL COVERAGE. I did not like that my purchased warranty outsourced my repair to a NON-Geek Squad company. They picked up and returned my television and the problem persisted. After I complained to GEEK SQUAD I received a call back they diagnosed the tv over the phone and I was instructed to return the television to Best Buy for a refund at the current listed price.

I have purchased this protection for the last few years for my peace of mind. I've used them a few times, they installed my hardwired Ring doorbell, backyard Ring camera with the solar panel, over the range microwave, etc. All done well and professionally. Although I don't use them much, it's better to have them and not need them, than to need them and now have to pay out of pocket full charge.

simple peace of mind, $5,000 on a TV and little peace of mind is warranted!

Always great to have some protection and help in case anythign happens. Geek Squad are a massive help.
