I always get the extra warranty for all my electronics, We bought a 55in Sharp back in 2012 after 4 years the LED panel blew out and I had the 5 year extended warranty, The TV was not only replaced I was given full credit for the old TV and was able to upgrade to the newest model for only a few more dollars.

Knowbody not any store I know can beat best buys no hassle geek club or warranty. Every single time I had to bring a product back never had a problem. Computer problem they take care of it or replace it. Best Buy is the best when comes to warranty and geek squad

Have not used being new TV as of yet but will call if any issues.

I purchased the 5 year plan. When researching OLED TVs, burn in seemed to be something that many prolly mentioned was a possibility. I went with Best Buy in the end because if their great warranty that covers burn in. It was a no brainer really.

I had to use this once on a previous purchase and the interaction went as easy as can be. It’s there when you need it.

Absolutely amazing customer service, very helpful and friendly.. they fixed all issues ive ever had with ease.

Best warranty to get for your TV Computer Phone and every other electronic you have

I got this on an Insignia TV. Great value for 5 years. So far I have not had to use it, but if I do, the price was well worth it. I would encourage everyone to get one, especially for a TV.

I get geek squad on everything over 100 bucks, it's the ease and confidence that you would expect. Instead of having to deal with the manufacture and getting rma #, then paying for shipping, waiting... non-sense I rather get this and if something does go wrong they handle it in the store usually with a swap out or equal value.

I had a two year old Samsung 55” TV. I purchased an extra year’s warranty. Two months after my warranty expired, HALF of my screen went black. I replaced it with a new 55” Samsung, but purchased a 5 year warranty. Hopefully this TV will make it past 2 years.

Geek Squad replaced my TV with no hassle when it was having issues. Tech came out and saw the problem and immediately got me a replacement.

Protect your investment, used to protect my 65” LG C2, I hope to never need to use this service but it is comforting knowing I am protected.

I’m very happy with there service very friendly and helpful best customer service I’ve ever had they really know how to keep there customers happy. Just wish there warranty prices was a little cheaper $500 for 5 year warranty for my oled c9 I think it’s a little steep

If you ever wonder if you need Geek Squad protection, don't struggle. Especially electronics these days.. their life span is short and build quality is not quite guaranteed. Your warranty will give you complete peace of mind!. At least my experience with Best Buy warranty has been always pleasant!

Are you really going to consider not getting the protection plan? Geek Squad is great and this plan gives the peace of mind of knowing that your purchase is protected outside of the flimsy manufacturer warranty that requires so much hoop jumping to get validated! Come on, for the price, it is a foolish thing to not purchase it.

Love buying the open box items which saves me money. Therefore I use some of that savings to purchase the extended warrantees. Never had to use one yet, But as long as I do not have to spend my own money, I believe it is well worth it.
