Far superior to Home Depot in ease of use and Customer Service. I've purchased 2 TV's, a sound bar, a Microwave Oven and a Dishwasher in the last 12 months and there Geek Squad response times are outstanding!

I installed the tv my self the geek squad just delivered it

I purchased the 5 Year Protection Plan for my 65” Sharp 4K RoKu TV because I thought I definitely needed it for a purchase like this Incase anything goes wrong with my TV. I have not purchased a Sharp before so I really don’t know what to expect from it. I guess I just wanted to cover all my bases and have a peace of mind and not worry all the time.

Bought a new tv, and decided to get the geek squad protection. I have not had to use it yet, but it gives you a piece of mind knowing you have extra warranty. Best Buy has excellent geek quad techs, so worth the money.

Used in the past and pretty straightforward service, they stand by their commitment to fixing your product.

Definitely worth getting the extended warranty, especially if you have little kids

The geek squad service is a great way to ensure safety any and all purchases. We all know accidents can happen so why not be prepared when they do, well in you're in luck friend geek squads got you covered.

It is really nice to have this service, I can take my product back if needed, which gives me a lot of piece of mind. And after 5 years, most products need some kind of service!

I honestly can't write a review on this service yet because I haven't used it. Smh I'm hoping i won't have to. But always get insurance in your items.

This is a great TV. The delivery went perfectly as well. I am completely happy with Geek Squad and Best Buy.

Definity worth it, have used 2 times so far and had no hassle tv replacements while still covered.

My samsung tv went on the blink. I had purchased a five year warranty and I am glad I did. Best Buy replaced my TV at no cost to me. The only thing I paid for was another 5 year warranty. Great to have. Would not be without it.

I will prefer this service for all advantages in case of something happen. The cost/benefits is excellent.

I hope I never have to use it but I am glad I am protected in the event the item breaks. TV's don't last as long as they used to! I strongly recommend a protection plan on an expensive TV!

Professional service. I had no luck in repairing my laptop but they handled it professionally. My unit was bought in Canada and I did manage to get it repair at BB in Canada.

I always get this protection. Geek Squad stands by the protection service. My tv breaks down, I take it in and they stand by the protection. I watch a lot of tv, so I would never be without this protection.
