Geek squad provides me with the protection I need if I have any problems with my product after the store warranty expires.

I always get Best Buy's extended warranty on anything over $250. My Samsung 75" flat screen croaked 4 years into the warranty, and as a result, more than paid for itself.

Our Tv wouldn’t power on. We had only had it less than 2 years. Geek Squad came out & had to order a part. Waited a week for them to come out to fix the part, but it didn’t work. Got a new TV a few days later! Took about 2 weeks but it was fully covered.

I have used this service on other previously purchased products & it's always amazing. Very helpful & friendly.

I'm hoping I don't have to use this GSP but if I do it's in place. I had a protection plan before for a Samsung Plasma and it came in handy.

we haven't had to use this service as of yet however we feel confident knowing that we are protected by geek squad for the next 2 years. Having used this service in the past it was never anything short of great.

Dont buy an OLED without this. Please. Factor this necessity into your price. Protect your investment and your peace. You never know what can happen, But you can know that you’ll always be taken care of.

The best warranty. Couldnt fix the tv so it had to be replaced. They gave me my money back and i bought a new one.
