I've reached out to them over the TV that wasn't delivered at the time because I did not receive a phone call or email about the service. When it was canceled. They reached out, communicated with me and properly corrected issue.

Cant speak on other warranties or services but definitely geek squad took care of me. Specifically Norman the tech i was lucky to get. This is a must have and it gives you a peace of mind

5 -year extend extended warranty, have not had to use . Reading all the paperwork seems like it’s very straightforward and easily to use.

Purchased this at a very affordable price to protect my new television. Gives me great piece of mind, knowing I have five years additional protection for my purchase!

Definitely recommend getting this for large purchases. I've never needed to use it. But it definitely is a peace of mind. I know people that have used it. I have a family member that Is a best buy manager and they fully recommend it as it does pay for itself most tye time

This service protection plan was lessexpensive and year longer than the Samsung direct plan. Also more convenient sine Geek Squad is everywhere!

The geek squad set up my laptop with ease for me to use. The rep answered al my questions and ensured I was satisfied before I left.

Geek squad has the best protect 4 years tv went dow best buy came to house realized tv could not be fick in 30 minutes I have an email with a code to take to store or go on line and get my new tv for free

Decided to go with this just in case….but we’ve had Roku before with no issues. But for the price, I think it’s worth it. Hopefully we won’t need it.

Geeksquad is the way to go with protection on your electronics at best. Good customer service and prices are fair for the length of time it's protected.
