Buying new technology seems to come with some risk and a $2500 TV is not something I was willing to risk. The extended warranty gives me piece of mind knowing that if something breaks, Best Buy will take care of it for me.

Great price for added protection from issues. I got this plan for 5 years, what a deal! And since it was for a large tv, Best Buy will come to my home! Can’t beat that!

I recommend to everybody whenever you have the option to get a warranty from Best Buy, get it because you can’t go wrong unless you don’t get it.

Tv will not work with the remote I have called talked to geek squad service and ask if they could come back and make this tv turn on , it turns off but not on ! How can I answer the next question would you recommend this geek squad service to a friend?

You can't not have a plan and this is a really long one to last through the years. Comes with the systems hardware malfunctioning on its own, but at 5 years, it's a necessary purchased for well cared for, and pricey, purchases.

A 2 year replacement is just sensible for the price and the technology
