So currently I am creating a claim my tv is broken not sure what happened to the tv I just bought a month and half ago I kept calling and I was hung up on twice also when I finally spoke to someone he told me I broke my tv and I was not covered I clearly said I’m not sure what happened I spent 1500 why would I break my tv I need someone to come see what’s wrong I asked to speak to someone’s else and he told me I couldn’t because nobody was there I really don’t know what the outcome will be but I will keep you guys posted I have the 5 year warranty that I spent over 100$ for smh like even if it’s a screen repair I don’t see an physical damage to the tv screen is not busted or anything just lines so I’m not sure smh worst experience ever and this will be the last they get me with something so worthless

Answer all concern questions I was concerned of how I was gonna get the TV up and they informed me that they do that and it didn’t cost that much. I also gave when it came and did it thanks geek squad.

I was ready to order my TV online and was in my cart. I figured since I had to pick it up in the store, I may as well take a look at it first. I went to the store to see it but they did not have that tv up. Online it offered 3 years geek squad for $74.99 which I wanted but since I was there I bought it in store. Near the end of sale the guy said 3 year warranty was not available in store. He said 2 year year for $69.99 or 5 year for $124.99. For $5 extra I could have gotten an extra year. Didn’t want to tell him to void the sale in case he was making commission during these tough times. Any ch as nice I can upgrade my warranty?

Greek squad warranty is a must of you but anything of high value!! Don't save money when it comes to this extra coverage!! You'll regret it if you don't.

I am very satisfied with the LG TV that has good sound a fairly good picture and I’m very satisfied that everything is working out. OK that’s all I can say about it right now.

Worth it especially since appliances are but built to last anymore

I mounted it by myself with help from a few friends as BestBuy doesn't deliver or come out to Eastern Oregon. Had to rent a trailer and fetch tv minus the fuel and time it took to retrieve my purchase.

The sales representatives were very helpful and the checkout time was very good and the customer services was good also.

I purchased this for my previous Toshiba tv which stopped working the third year. I called them, they were very nice and told me that model TV wasn’t able to be repaired and immediately issued me a store credit for full refund of purchase price to replace the tv. It was so easy, no problem. So of course I purchased the five year warranty on this replacement tv. Well worth it. Geek squad was very helpful.
