The crew that came out to do the install were very polite, and neat. Had a problem with one of the products (component was damaged) they took care of it without any problems, In the past I would do my our install, but for the money it was well worth it, before they left they made sure all components worked to my satisfaction, will use them again, Thank you Best Buy and Sterling

I had bought TCL tv in a black friday deal. So, i bought the Geek Squad 2 years protection for the same.I received excellent customer service from Geek Squad during the installation of my TV. I was having trouble getting my iPhone to connect to my TV. They gave me several tips and helped me throughout the installation process.I am very much pleased with their customer service.I appreciate the Geek Squad and i recommend everyone to get the Geek Squad protection for their appliances and electronics.

Came into store with a broken Dyson and I was back out of the store with product replaced in less than 30 minutes!

I havent used it but it does offer peace of mind knowing im covered.

Excellent value services you hope you'll never need. Always a hassle when a large item fails and one needs service or a replacement. Geek Squad makes it easy as they come to your house to repair or replace any issues not caused by accidental damage. They also offer installation to simplify the process and that's also a great value. I have not needed to used them for my TV's but I always buy it for the peace of mind.

I bought the coverage for a TV. When the TV wouldn't turn on it was replaced with a new one.

I haven't needed to use Geek squad yet for this TV. Great picture for the price. I was really surprised at the minimal operations manual, you have to download it for details- the docs they provide should highlight or give a link for it. Overall very happy with the TV

2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection incase I have software issues.

You cannot go wrong with having peace of mind that if anything goes wrong with your product that it will be fixed or replaced. I have not had to use Geek Squad as of yet and hopefully I never will. One thing I did hear about the Geek Squad Protection is that replacement value of purchase goes down every year. For example if i purchased a $1000 tv and a 5 year warranty and after 3 years I start having problem and they cannot fix it and have to replace it. I will only get a credit of $400 towards a new Tv. I don't know how true that is but I did hear that from a BB employee.

Hoping this gives protection if we need it for Tv.

The extra warranty is well worth it my tv suddenly died and with the warrant they gave me a new tv!
