    When I tell you that Geek Squad service is flippin AWESOME that's what I mean they really go hard trying to help and if they can't do it then they roll out a new product or a refund......I love me some Geek Squad!!

    Convenient for repair / replacement of TVs

    I bought this protection plan because I bought Westinghouse TVs. Westinghouse is a great budget-friendly choice for people who don't need the ultimate performance in a TV set. Mine haven't actually required any warranty service. But I have read reviews on here that say the TV must be shipped to the manufacturer's site(s) for in-warranty repairs. That shipping cost could be significant, and that facility is across the country from me. With the protection plan, I can let the Geek Squad repair facility conveniently handle the repair or replacement. Shipping a sizable TV across the USA one way would cost more than the price of these protection plans.

    Never get anything without the coverage!! You usually have a couple of weeks to buy coverage if you can’t right away!!!

    My interactions were very limited. My TV broke in a freak lighter throwing accident literally a week after I purchased it. I bought a 2 year protection plan. Now, I understand that I'm to blame, best but wasnt throwing a lighter to his friend .... missing horribly. However, I was told that basically the TV was trash. I was better off throwing it away. There's nothing that could be done and to just buy a new TV. My protection plan was a waste of money imo. Threw the TV away after 5 months since I couldn't find a place to fix it. Overall, I can only blame myself.... but I can also say that my fear of making a large purchase that wasn't insured ended up being a reality even though I was convinced into buying insurance. See what I'm saying?

    BestBuy comes to your house to fix your TV, unless it's smaller than 50".... if they can't fix it, they will replace it with the same TV or like technology... or a gift card and you can pick something else out. Get the protection plan, protect your investment... you're welcome.

    Geek Squad Protection for products is a great value. We have had to use it a few times and it was painless and easy. I would recommend getting it if you are purchasing high money products that you have the potential of damaging or electronics. Best Buy keep up the great work!

    I Love Thos Geeks So Much it seriously hurts. I offer a tip they say No. They dont use me like some people. The geeks are my true friends and if I ever get married I will invite the geeks to st up my wedding and stay for hourdeverve hour then grab entrées to go after there done setting up the DJ Table and TV / Ice Display.

    This is a great protection plan considering it’s only $19.99. My T.V. wasn’t displaying a picture only sound. Took it to the Geek Squad and they replaced it for me. It was fast and easy. The staff was also great! Biji was great, very professional, helpful and nice. This was definitely a pleasant experience!

    THIS IS NOT A GEEK SQUAD REVIEW!!! THEY DID NOT INSTALL. After I found where the A/C in was (never even addressed in the install sheet), the TV has a great picture and almost everything seems to work just fine. The extras are super. The only negative thing is that (unless there is more hidden information) when I plug in the "Audio Out" to another device, it bypasses the TV's sound. I didn't downgrade the rating, but if not something I can fix, doesn't detract form the overall score for the unit.

    Geek Squad expedited an exchange

    Agents had to come several times to fix a Samsung tv after factory warranty had expired. Samsung kept sending defective parts so my agent was able to expedite an exchange for me. Leonard was an absolute riot that is nonstop comedy. Very Robin Williams-like, but also very professional when he needed to be. Leonard is awesome and a great asset to Best Buy!

    So like any product warranty you wont use it if you buy it. Or? I buy these warranties with things I don't want to carry back or printers so if the ink cartridge explodes. The only bad thing about these warranties is that one of the years runs concurrent with the manufacturer warranty so you don't get the true amout of warranty you are paying for. nice thing is that if something happens just take it back and throw it up on the counter.
