I urge everyone to consider an extended warranty thru Geek Squad. I recently had to make a claim on my 60" and since they didn't make my particular model any longer, they replaced it with a 65" yaaaa!

Havent needed it yet but i feel good having it in case i do.

If I ever have to use the Geek Squad warranty I’ll feel confident if they all are as competent, knowledgeable and courteous as Kelyn.

I had a tv that the back panel had burnt up suddenly. No issues with getting a new tv to replace the one that back panel burnt up. Would recommend Geek Squad protection.

I received excellent service from the Geek Squad as they brought the new TV that I had purchased and installed it for me. They also asked me if I had an questions about the operation of it so that they could explain. Everything I wondered about they did explain. And if any other questions arise I know I can call them up to get the answer. They are always courteous and helpful.

Purchase this to make sure we were protected during our time of ownership.

I always purchased Best Buy's GSP when I purchase large ticket items (e.g. TV, Computer, etc.) and they usually don't disappoint. Just make sure when you're purchasing a GSP that it doesn't run the same length of time as the manufacturer's warranty because it's pointless at that point. Other than that, replacing a defective unit is fairly easy.

Great tv. Crisp image good sound. Really enjoy how Roku is apple friendly. I have spple tv , chromecast and Roku wins by a landslide.

Great guys on geek squad much prefer over contractors

According to what they will do, I'm psyched that if anything goes wrong with my tv, they will hook me with with fixing or replacing it. So, here's hoping I never have to use it; but, feel good knowing it's there.

I bought 2 years of Geek Squad Protection for a Hisense TV. The tv had a manufacture warranty for 2 years. I started having issues with the TV as soon as it got outside of the warranty. Hisense said they couldn’t help so I called Best Buy to see about my Geek Squad Protection, the rep told me it ran concurrently with my manufacturer warranty from Hisense. So I’m not only out the money for a defective TV, I’m out $120 for GSP that didn’t start after my manufacturer’s warranty ended.

This service is a MUST for all your tech. They are able to fix or replace any tech concern
