Protection plan looks good compare to their competitors

Love the geek squad. The 2 gentlemen sent up all my electronics in a timely manner and moved everything for us. They were both congenital and informative. They also answered all my questions. It was so much easier to have all my new electronics set up because there was so many wires. I highly recommend geek squad.

It’s worth it for the price. You will need to get the geek squad in case something happens to the TV or anything that you buy so it’s worth it.

We would never buy a TV without a protection plan. On a previous TV we bought years ago, it came in handy. It wasn't able to be fixed and the plan let us replace it with a new TV. All we had to pay was the difference between the two TVs and a new protection plan. Was well worth the extra money for us for that situation

The best surround sound hands down. You will not regret it, looking into purchasing one for bedroom.

I feel that when you spend over $300 on a tv you should buy an extended warranty! It’s better to be covered in the event something goes wrong! I like that it will be serviced in my home because of the size of the TV! So for 5 years I can be reassured that I can have my tv for years to come!

The geek squad is always important to me because I am technically challenged. I have it on almost everything i purchase from Best Buy.

Great warranty service. Part to repair the TV was not available, so a store credit was provided for a TV of similar specs. Bought the warranty service again for the new TV.

This was protection for an Open Box TV. I have already reviewed that TV as excellent and the warranty was not needed. I cannot say I would recommend the service since I did not need to use it but if you are purchasing an open box I guess, like me, you may wish to buy the warranty as it still was cheaper than the full price of a new set.

This is a must get if you want to get the absolute most from your tech or appliances. And hopefully you dont need to call on them for much but its great to know they got you when needed. Always helps to have pro on call.

Haven't used itt for things like tv yet, but, based on prior experience, they are a First-rate operation.

Let me tell you it is really great having the Geek Squad Protection for what ever you purchase because you never know what is going to happen to your purchase's. I have learned that before so from then on I have been getting it on what ever I get that says that I can get it just to have it.
