Important service that I rely on for protecting my purchase.

Although many people don't like paying extra for protection plans, it gives me peace of mind. I have had some unexpected mishaps with my devices and knowing that I can make an appointment and get my device fixed without an additional cost is worth it to me.

As seniors, we are easily confused with how any new technology works. My son talked us in to this TV and surround sound. We would have never been able to get everything up and running without the Geek Squad help. The tech was very patient and showed us how to work everything. We refuse to move it because it works so well!

I was very excited when the agent told me that am qualified for new TV and I will also get a refund for the difference in price.

I rarely have something go wrong with electronics, but on a fairly big purchase, like a smart TV, it makes sense, since the standard warranty can leave you without use of the device for weeks if something goes wrong. With this, I can get a replacement or repair in no time.

When you buy something, you never expect it to break. When you pay big buck, you really never expect it to break. I payed $2000 for a TV and got the 2 year extended warranty. 1 week before it expired, it broke. 1 day before it expired and 1 day after it was fixed, I extended it another year. It's the best money I ever spend for peace of mind.

This is much needed warranty if you don't want to pay annually

If any Trouble come out on my new sony tv i give them call & set up appointment to check it out whatever issue.

I bought my TV in 2021, and it started to act up, and the screen started dying. I took it back to Best Buy, and they returned it with NO issues.

i'm really glad my new 43" 4K TV came with it. it was a reasonable price too, i decided i didn't need the 5 year one because that was too long. the two year for an extra $20 was perfect! I am worried something might happen to the TV one day, so i decided to get it.

The store plan adds good coverage to the warranty.

Better safe than sorry. Just get it, it ends up being worth it.

When you bit electronics I don’t think there is an easier process than dealing with Best Buy. So for me it’s a no brainer on a product over 1500 bucks.

I will go back every time for my iPhones and iPad. Great people

Hopefully i dont have to use it but i do like best buy geek squad protection, had to use it on a previous tv and its nice to have
