I've only used Best Buy warranty once in my life. It was with TIVO DVR OTA. It stopped working, took it to Best Buy, and they told me to get a new one. End of the story. K9

Had my Sony TV for 23 month and started going out. So glad I had the Geek Squad coverage. TV is being replaced.

Purchased to go along with a 50 inch Insignia TV. Thankfully have not needed to use but it's nice knowing it's there.

Great thing to have for expensive electronics. Don’t have to worry about it in the future good investment.

Absolutely spectacular service from the Geek Squad and store manager at my local store. If you're buying a big ticket item getting this plan is a must. They'll even come to your house for assessment and repair.

I purchased the 5 Year Protection Plan for my 65” Sharp 4K RoKu TV because I thought I definitely needed it for a purchase like this Incase anything goes wrong with my TV. I have not purchased a Sharp before so I really don’t know what to expect from it. I guess I just wanted to cover all my bases and have a peace of mind and not worry all the time.

I have purchased this for the past 3 tv's I bought and have had to use them. These skinny flat screen tv's aren't made to be fixed.

Far superior to Home Depot in ease of use and Customer Service. I've purchased 2 TV's, a sound bar, a Microwave Oven and a Dishwasher in the last 12 months and there Geek Squad response times are outstanding!

Bought a new tv, and decided to get the geek squad protection. I have not had to use it yet, but it gives you a piece of mind knowing you have extra warranty. Best Buy has excellent geek quad techs, so worth the money.

The geek squad service is a great way to ensure safety any and all purchases. We all know accidents can happen so why not be prepared when they do, well in you're in luck friend geek squads got you covered.

Got me the 5 year warranty and it’s all worth it it covers the tv that I purchased for repair or replacement

Called them because of problems with the screen and the GEEK SQUAD diagnosed it and knew what was wrong with it immediately.

Good warranty for peace of mind. Great customer service when delivering new TV and returning another.

I honestly can't write a review on this service yet because I haven't used it. Smh I'm hoping i won't have to. But always get insurance in your items.

My samsung tv went on the blink. I had purchased a five year warranty and I am glad I did. Best Buy replaced my TV at no cost to me. The only thing I paid for was another 5 year warranty. Great to have. Would not be without it.

It is really nice to have this service, I can take my product back if needed, which gives me a lot of piece of mind. And after 5 years, most products need some kind of service!
